Hi, I’m Cherice. I’m an Oregon-grown artist inspired by sci-fi, nature, surrealism, ridiculousness, and fantasy. My work is both in traditional and digital art, but I prefer traditional tools for the feel of them. I’ve done portraits, storybooks, comics, graphic design, clay/wood sculpture, and photography. Send me a message if you have any questions or if you are looking to connect!

“I’m being extremely clever up here and there is no one to stand around looking impressed. What’s the point in having you all?!” –The 11th Doctor

Cherice Pope grew up on a small farm in Oregon spending most of her childhood going on adventures in her backyard, playing with pets, reading comic books, gaming, caring for her siblings, excelling in school work, and drawing the world around her.
As an INTJ, she is naturally both analytical and creative, craving structure as well as artistic freedom. While mainly self-taught, she studied the craft in high school, where she received Art Honors, and in college, including one year at The Pacific Northwest College of Art. She continues to educate herself on a wide variety of topics…because knowledge is power.
Her leisure time is spent playing with her three dogs, cooking (almost entirely with potatoes), putting ideas into sketchbooks, gaming and watching movies with her husband.
